Welcome to GoBlimp! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Application and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

GoBlimp facilitates the secure retrieval and transfer of Zoom recordings to designated destinations as requested by you ("User"). After a successful transfer, recordings are promptly deleted from our servers. The Service does not store or retain recordings beyond the transfer period.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the use of the Service.
  • You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Application.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring the proper designation of transfer destinations and any actions taken with transferred recordings.

4. Account and Access

  • You may need to create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and logos, are owned by GoBlimp or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written consent from GoBlimp.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

  • We handle data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • All Zoom recordings are retrieved, securely transferred, and deleted after the process is complete. No recordings are retained on our servers after transfer.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access resulting from your use of the Service, including incorrect transfer destinations specified by the User.
  • We provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or if required by law.
  • Upon termination, your rights to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Application. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, United States, except where prohibited by law.
